Deliveries within New Zealand:
$7Flat rate for all NZ Orders under $150. All NZ orders are sent by Courier Post . As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Courier Post does not deliver directly to PO Boxes, however if you are unable to provide us with an alternative address you will be left with a calling card with details on how to collect your parcel. Please note: Courier Post are unable to leave your parcel in your letterbox or front door.

$20 Flat rate for all Australian orders less then $200. All Australian orders are sent through DHL Express Courier. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. DHL Express does not deliver directly to PO Boxes.

International Shipping:
$50 Flat rate shipping for all international orders less then $300. All international orders are sent through DHL Express Courier. Out of stock:
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges will apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.
Late Delivery

Important notes:
Please enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Emma Rose will not be responsible to cover delivery costs incurred by the customer for refunds for change of mind. If however the garment is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown Emma Rose will cover the delivery cost of the return as per the returns policy.
